提高乳腺癌HER2-双色荧光原位杂交检测质量的探讨 被引量：1

摘要 化学治疗是乳腺癌术后最重要的治疗方法之一,乳腺癌患者肿瘤HER2扩增对以注射用曲舀珠单抗（赫赛汀）为基础化学治疗的敏感性好,因此,HER2水平的检测对乳腺癌治疗具有重要的指导性意义,不准确的结果会造成不正确的治疗方案,导致患者遭受不必要的化学治疗或者使患者丧失有效的治疗良机.由于乳腺癌HER2-双色荧光原位杂交（FISH）检测存在很多步骤和环节,制作一张高质量的HER2-FISH切片并不是一件容易的事.笔者根据多年的实践经验,总结一些体会,现介绍如下.
