内皮细胞与造血调控的研究 被引量：1

摘要 内皮细胞和造血细胞在胚胎发生过程中,无论从时间还是空间上都存在着密切的关系。两者起源于共同的祖细胞——胚胎干细胞。内皮细胞产生的诸多细胞因子,支持造血祖细胞的增殖和分化,造血细胞因子反过来对内皮细胞行为功能的维持也具有重要的意义。本文就近年来内皮细胞与造血的双向调控作用和潜在的生物学意义进行综述。
