钛网结合异体骨移植和人骨形成蛋白在上颌前牙种植前牙槽嵴骨增量中的应用研究(附1例报告) 被引量:7

摘要 萎缩的牙槽嵴对于种植牙而言是一个不利的因素,在植入种植体之前牙槽骨嵴增量手术能够使骨的体积增加。在上颌前牙区,牙槽嵴增量不仅有利于后期种植体的植入而且可以获得更好美学效果。本文详述用钛网结合异体骨移植和人骨形成蛋白治疗上前牙区部分牙缺失部位的颊舌向骨缺损。通过这种方法可获得一定的骨增量,8个月后植入种植体,在植入种植体后4个月行二期手术和临时修复,4个月后进行永久修复,追踪时间为2年。 The atrophic alveolar ridge presents challenges for dental implant placement. Ridge augmentation prior to im plant placement is thereby routinely carried out to increase the volume of bone. In the maxillary anterior area, successful ridge augmentation is related not only to future implant survival but also to the esthetic outcome. This report describes the treatment for a partially edentnlous patient with a buccolingual bony deficiency with titanium mesh and a combina tion of particulate allogeneic bone graft and recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein (rhBMP). Bone volume was increased and implants were placed 8 months after the ridge augmentation. The second stage surgery and temporary resto ration were performed 4 months after the implant placement and the final prosthesis was cemented 4 months later. The implants have been followed for 2 years.
