摘要
针对旧式Brabender810602双转子流变仪的数据采集系统相对落后等问题进行技术改造。根据工艺要求提出数据采集的总体设计方案。利用西门子S7-200 PLC为主控制器,采集工艺所需的模拟量信号;采用温控器及PID算法,实现对密炼室温度的精确控制;应用WinCC组态软件编制人机界面,对整个密炼工艺进行实时监控。通过将采集的数据与HAAKE流变仪所采集的数据进行对比,验证改造后的Brabender双转子流变仪的实际性能稳定可靠。
In view of the problems of old Brabender810602 double rotor rheometer such as relatively outmoded data acquisition system, technical transformation has been designed. According to the technological requirements, put forward the total design scheme of data acquisition. S7 - 200 PLC was chosen as master controller to collect Analog signal. Using temperature controller and the PID algorithm to achieve precise control of mixer chamber temperature. In order to monitor the mixer technology real-time, made use of WinCC configuration software drawing up human-computer interface. It was proved that the reformed actual performance of Brabender double rotor rheometer was stable and reliable by comparing collected data of Brabender and that of HAAKE.
