摘要
目的 :研究蛇床子挥发油与其它促透剂合用的促透效果。方法 :在离体透皮吸收实验装置上 ,采用离体兔皮用 1%蛇床子挥发油、5 %油酸、1%蛇床子挥发油 + 5 %油酸和 1%氮酮预处理后作透皮吸收试验。结果 :1%蛇床子挥发油、5 %油酸、1%蛇床子挥发油 + 5 %油酸和 1%氮酮 ,对 1%双氯芬酸钠都有良好的促透作用 (与对照组比较 P<0 .0 1) ,1%蛇床子挥发油比 1%氮酮促透作用强 1.6倍 ,但 1%蛇床子挥发油和 5 %油酸合用 ,与 1%蛇床子挥发油、5 %油酸的促透效果比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :蛇床子挥发油具有良好的促透效果 ,但其与油酸无协同作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of essential oil from Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cuss. (EOCMC) enhancing the skin penetration with other transdermal enhancer. Methods: The test of transdermal absorption was made on instrument of vitro skin penetration by employed rabbit skin that pretreated by 1% EOCMC, 5% oleic acid, 1% EOCMC plus 5% oleic acid and 1% azone. Results: The all groups had good effects on enhancing the transdermal absorption of 1% diclofenac sodium (P<0.01 when compare with control group). The transdermal enhancing effect of 1% EOCMC was 1.6 times higher than 1% azone. There was no significant difference when compared the effect of 1% EOCMC plus 5% oleic acid with 1% EOCMC or 5% oleic acid (P> 0.05). Conclusion: EOCMC had a better effect on enhancing the transdermal absorption. There was no synergism when it was used together with 5% oleic acid.
