摘要
目的 :观察研究寻骨风对抗炎、镇痛的作用影响。方法 :用大小鼠对寻骨风提取物进行抗炎、镇痛作用研究 ,观察其对大鼠佐剂关节炎、炎模型的防治作用 ,及对小鼠痛阈值变化。结果 :寻骨风提物能有效抑制炎症早期病变及继发性病变 ,并明显提高痛阈值 ,结论 :寻骨风具有抗炎、镇痛作用。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Aristolochia mollissima Hance on the anti inflammation and analgesia.METHODS:Using extracted of Aristolochia mollissima Hance carried out experiment,to observe its prevention and treatment for models of adjuvant arthritis and change of the threshold of pain in rats and mice. RESULT: The extracted of Aristolochia mollissima Hance can effective inhibit induced impairment during the early phase with subsequent,and increase obviously the threshold of pain.CONCLUSION:Arist olochiamallissima Hance is effective in the anti inflammation and analgesia.
