摘要
目的 :研究川乌与白芍 (以下简称乌芍 )配伍前后对大鼠佐剂关节炎的影响。方法 :川乌、白芍不同比例水煎液通过灌胃给药 ,应用于大鼠佐剂性关节炎的原发性、继发性预防和治疗 3种实验模型 ,观察配伍前后对大鼠原发性、继发性佐剂关节炎的预防和治疗作用。结果 :乌芍配伍前后对原发性关节炎都有显著的治疗作用 ,对继发性关节炎 ,白芍和乌芍配伍组有显著的预防作用 ,川乌的作用较弱 ,川乌、白芍各药单用无显著治疗作用 ,各配伍组具有显著的治疗作用。结论 :乌芍配伍后对大鼠继发性佐剂关节炎的疗效显著优于单味药 ,表现出明显的配伍优势。
Objective:To study the effect of Chuanwu( Aconitum carmichaeli )and Baishao( Paeonia lac tiflora )used separately or in combination on the adjuvant arthristis in rats.Method:Chuanwu Baishao decoctions of different proportions were orally administered to three different rat models with adjuvant arthristis to observe the preventing and curing actions on the primary and secondary adjuvant arthristis in rats.Result:The curing action on the primary adjuvant arthristis appeared the same whether the two ingredients were used separately or in combination,while on the secondary adjuvant arthristis the combination.produced significant preventing effect.Chuanwu was proved weaker in action when used alone Chuanwu and Baishao were very efficacious in curing adjuvant arthristics when used in combination other than separately.Conclusion:In preventing and curing the secondary adjuvant arthristis in rats Chuanwu and Baishao work better in combination.
