复合维生素、维生素E对高同型半胱氨酸血症小鼠抗氧化酶活性及GATA-3的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察复合维生素、维生素E对高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)血症小鼠血清中GSH-PX、SOD及GATA-3的影响。方法选取ICR小鼠50只随机分为5组,给4组腹腔注射Hcy,其中3组腹腔分别注射复合维生素、维生素E、复合维生素+维生素E,空白对照组注射相同量的生理盐水,连续处理5 d后测定血清中GSH-PX、SOD活性及GATA-3的表达量。结果 Hcy组GSH-PX、SOD活性与GATA-3显著低于空白对照组(P<0.01),复合维生素、维生素E对抗组中GSH-PX、SOD活性与GATA-3显著高于Hcy组(P<0.01)。结论复合维生素、维生素E能通过提高Hcy血症小鼠血清GATA-3与GSH-PX、SOD活性,提高高Hcy血症患者抗氧化与抗凋亡能力。 Objective To study the effects of elevit and vitamin E on activities of antioxidase and GATA-3 in Hcy mice. Methods 50 ICR mice were randomly divided into five groups. Homocysteine was intraperitoneally injected into four groups of mice, and three groups of them received intraperitoneal injection of elevit, vitE, elevit + vitE. The control group received intraperitoneal in- jection of sodium chloride. Injections continued for 5 days, then the activities of GSH-PX and SOD and GATA-3 were detected. Results The activities of GSH-PX, SOD and GATA-3 in Hey group were lower than those in the control group( P 〈 0.01 ) , The activ- ities of GSH-PX, SOD and GATA-3 in elevit and vitE opposed groups were higher than those in Hey group (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions Elevit and vitE can increase the ability of anti-oxidant and anti-apoptosis through increasing the GATA-3 and the activities of GSH- PX and SOD.
