摘要
通过加速度传感器采集到的信号因外界干扰常常会偏离其真实值,甚至出现严重的失真,给后续分析带来了误差甚至错误,因此振动信号的预处理在信号分析中非常重要。信号预处理是对采样信号提取特征量的首要步骤,它直接决定着后续诊断技术的使用效果及精度。对比了传统信号预处理方法和EMD去除冲击振动信号失真的有效性。结果表明,经过EMD处理后的信号质量有明显的改善,为后续的信号分析工作奠定基础。
The signal collected by acceleration sensor often deviates from its true value ,or even serious distortion ,which brings error to the subsequent analysis . Therefore the pretreatment of vibration signal in the signal analysis is very important . Signal preprocessing is the first step of extracting characteristic information from sampled signals , it directly decides the effect of subsequent diagnostic technique and its accuracy .This article compares the effectiveness of traditional signal pretreatment method and EMD in removing the impact vibration signal distortion .The results show that the signal treated by EMD is improved ,which lays the foundation for the subsequent signal analysis work .
