基于加工能耗最小的相贯线割炬角优化算法研究

摘要 在相贯线加工中,要求不断地降低生产成本并提高加工精度,故对相贯线切割中刀具的进给速度、力矩等与加工能耗相关的参数要求也越来越精确。首先对加工中的刀具碰撞回避条件、轨迹加工精度条件、轨迹加工限制条件等进行数学模型的建立;在此基础上建立整个相贯线加工中的能耗目标函数;运用加工能耗最小方法对相贯线割炬角进行优化计算,以减少加工成本,提高加工效率。 Due to the requirement of low cost and high precision in intersecting line processing ,the cutting tool feed rate ,torque in intersecting line processing are required more and more accurate .Based on the establishment of the mathematical model of tool collision avoidance conditions ,track machining accuracy ,trajectory processing limit ,the objective function of energy consumption is set up ,and the cutting torch angle of intersecting line is optimized by minimum energy consumption for processing ,to reduce the processing costs and improve processing efficiency .
