摘要
目的 :观察在常规疗法的基础上加用黄芪注射液治疗肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)的疗效。方法 :将1 80例 HFRS住院病人随机分为 2组 ,均给予常规治疗。治疗组 91例同时加用黄芪注射液 30 ml加入 5%葡萄糖液 2 50 ml内静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,直到病情稳定为止。结果 :治疗组痊愈率为 96.7% ,明显高于对照组(88.8% ,P<0 .0 5)。结论 :黄芪注射液辅助治疗 HFRS疗效满意。
Objective:To obserre the effects of Astragalus membrances zhusheye added to conventional therapy on hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS).Methods:180 patients with HFRS were divided into 2 groups randomly,and both received the conventional therapy.At the same time,91 patients in study group received Astragalus membrances zhusheye 30 ml in drip,qd,till the patientscondition stabilized.Results:The cure rate in the study group (96.7%) was higher than that in the control group (88.8%, P <0 05).Conclusion:Supplementary Astragalus membrances zhusheye shows satisfactory effects on HFRS.
