摘要
民办高校广播电视编导专业师资队伍建设是其发展的关键,而其职称、年龄、学源结构不合理的现象明显,教师专业技能水平亦不能满足创作实践教学的需要。优化师资结构应该结合民办高校实际,在引进和培养教师方面建立全新模式,以提高教师科研、创作实践能力为重要抓手,创立适合广播电视编导专业特色的教师类型模式与薪酬制度,规范人才引进模式与优化人才培养模式,最终使教师符合"善教学、会科研、能创作"的要求。
The teacher team construction of the radio and television major in private college is the key to its development. However its title, age, source structure are unreasonable obviously, and teachers' professional skills can not meet the needs of teaching practice. To optimize the structure of teachers, it should be combined with the real situation of private colleges. A new model in the introduction and cul- tivation of teachers should be established to improve the teachers' scientific research, creative practice ability as well as the teacher type mode and compensation system for radio and television major charac- teristics. The introduction of talent should be standard and mode of talent training should be optimized to make the teachers "good at teaching, research, able to create".
