摘要
目的观察肥胖型2型糖尿病患者和健康体检者心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)的差异。方法选取2012年9月—2013年9月我院门诊和住院部收治的肥胖型2型糖尿病50例作为观察组,另选择同期健康体检者60例作为对照组,进行24 h动态心电图监测,收集并比较HRV时域指标和频域指标。结果观察组HRV时域指标和频域指标各参数均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论肥胖型2型糖尿病患者时域指标和频域指标各参数均较健康体检者降低,提示自主神经功能明显受损。
Objective To study the difference of heart rate variability （HRV） between obesity patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and healthy people undergoing medical examinations. Methods A total of 50 obesity outpatients and inpa- tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （ observation group） and 60 healthy people undergoing medical examinations （ control group） during September 2012 and September 2013 were selected and monitored by dynamic electrocardiogram for 24 h. The indexes of the time domain and frequency domain of HRV were collected and compared. Results The indexes of time domain and frequency domain of HRV in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The indexes of time domain and frequency domain in obesity patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are lower than those in healthy people suggest that autonomic nervous function of obesity the patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus is obviously impaired.
