摘要
在我国很多高职院校酒店管理专业都开设酒店接待礼仪课程,但是在实践教学方面都存在着一些问题。文章分析了我国高职院校酒店接待礼仪课程实践性教学中存在的问题,并提出提升我国高职院校酒店接待礼仪课程实践性教学质量和效率的措施。
Many higher vocational colleges in our country hotel management professional courses in the hotel reception etiquette,but there are some problems in practice teaching.The above problems,the author of this paper expounds the hotel reception etiquette course in higher vocational colleges in our country the problems existing in the practical teaching,and puts forward corresponding solving measures,so as to further enhance our hotel reception etiquette course in higher vocational colleges practical teaching quality and efficiency.
