摘要
在人力资源管理课程教学和建设过程中,我们认为要使得课程本身更加具有吸引力和创新性,必须要找准自己的学科定位即以实践教学为切入点,采取生动活泼的教学方式提高教学有效性的同时,配合以多种教学模式并举,从而达到提高学生综合素质和解问题决能力的目的。
In the process of construction of human resource management curriculum, we want the curriculum attractive and innovative. So ,We will take lively teaching way and many kinds of teaching mode to advance the teaching validity, at the same time ,the teaching aim that improving the general quality and the ability of problem resolvement of student will be realized.
