摘要
目的分析护理干预对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法将120位精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者分成两组各60例,对照组采取常规的护理方式,干预组在常规护理基础上采取相应的护理干预措施,比较两组患者的生活质量。结果两组在社会兴趣、社会能力、退缩以及个人卫生、血糖控制等方面,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对于精神分裂合并糖尿病患者采取相应的护理干预,能使患者的生活质量得到提高。
Objective To analyze the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life in schizophrenia patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 schizophrenia patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into intervention group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The quality of life of patients were compared. Results There were significant differences in the social interest, social competence, social withdrawal, personal hygiene, and blood glucose control （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions For schizophrenic patients with diabetes mellitus, appropriate nursing interventions can improve patients＇ quality of life.
