摘要
电子商务的出现彻底改变了传统的信息传递和交换方式 ,使现行的法律机制产生了诸多调整的空缺 ,引发出一系列新的法律适用问题。研究电子商务的交易安全、网络资讯的法律效力、知识产权、网络消费等问题存在的原因及表现 ,可以为寻求解决问题的对策提供一定的参考。
The emergence of electronic commerce has changed the ftaditional way of information transmission and exchange.This has given rise to the problem of juridical appropriateness since the present legal system does not cover the contract or safety of electronic commerce.To seek for a solution to this problem,emphasis is laid in the paper on its causes and manifestations.
