摘要
人力资源是使一国 (地区 )经济在当今世界赢得竞争胜利的最重要资源。加快我国西部地区大开发 ,一定要有众多的国内外优秀人才的参与和支持。但是 ,西部地区面临着非常严峻的人才竞争环境 ,必须采取特殊措施 ,制定更加灵活、有效的人力资源发展战略。
Human resources are the most important resources for a country or region to win the economic competition in the world today.To speed up the exploitation in West China,a great number of talented persons at home and abroad are required to support and participate in it.However,with a severe environment of competition there for talented persons,special measures are to be taken and more flexible and effective strategies are to be formulated to draw talented persons.
