摘要
社会主义新农村建设必须有效利用人力资本,人力资本的有效利用包括人力资本形成数量和人力资本利用效率2方面的含义,从2个方面探讨了有效利用农村人力资本问题。
in the paper the importance of the effective utilization of human capital in the construction of new socialist countryside was explained. The effective utilization of hunnan capital included the number of human capital and efficiency of utilization. The high-efficiency utilization of human capital was discussed in the paper too.
