摘要
在国外输变电总承包项目的实施过程中,工程设计、设备材料的采购一般在国内完成,施工在国外进行,其项目管理涉及国内和国外两大部分。结合安哥拉、赤道几内亚等多个国外输变电工程总承包工程项目管理经验,简述了在国外输变电项目实施阶段中设计管理、设备采购运输管理、施工现场管理和风险管理的内涵及要点,并提出了需要重点关注的问题。
In the EPC implementing process of foreign power transmission and transformation projects, engineering design, procurement of facilities and materials are generally completed in China and the construction part is completed in a foreign coun- try, so its project management involves domestic and foreign parts. According to the EPC management experiences of the authors in Angola, Equatorial Guinea, and other foreign countries, the paper outlines the connotation and key points of management of design, facilities procurement and transportation, construction site as well as risks, and points out the issues worthy to be focus
