摘要
输变电工程项目管理的多重要素包括安全、质量、进度及成本。这四个要素既相互对立又相互统一,任何一个环节出现纰漏,都会对整个工程产生影响。本文从分析输变电工程项目管理特征及其存在问题入手,构建以"安全管控"为核心要素,"质量管控"、"时限管控"和"成本管控"为主要要素的时效管理模型,并对其进行应用分析。
Multiple elements of power transmission project management includes security,quality,schedule and cost. These four elements are unified and against each other and any flaw in a link will affect the entire project. This article analyzes management features and its existing problems of power transmission project management to construct a aging management model,"security control" as the core elements and "quality control","time control" and "cost-control" as the main elements and makes an applied analysis to it.
