阳极氧化法制备具有可见光光催化活性的二氧化钛

摘要 以钛片为底板通过阳极氧化法在3种不同电解质溶液[1mol·L-1硝酸铵乙二醇溶液(1-M ANEG)、0.1mol·L-1硝酸铵乙二醇溶液(0.1-M ANEG)、0.1mol·L-1硝酸铵水溶液(0.1-M ANA)]中制备二氧化钛,并对其光催化性能进行了比较。结果表明,在0.1mol·L-1硝酸铵乙二醇溶液中制得的二氧化钛在可见光下具有较好的光催化活性且表面光滑平整。 .TiO2 Layer is prepared by anodic oxidation in different electrolyte solutions. The electrolyte solu- tions are as follows. 1 mol · L-1 ammonium nitrate ethylene glycol solution(1-M ANEG) ,0.1 mol · L-1 ammo- nium nitrate ethylene glycol solutlon(0. 1-M ANEG),0. 1 mol · L-1 ammonium nitrate aqueous solution(0. 1-M ANA). The photocatalytic performance of the TiO2 layers anodized in the three kinds of electrolyte solutions a- bove are compared,and the TiO1 layer fabricated in 0.1 mol · L-1 ammonium nitrate ethylene glycol solution acquires both high photocatalytic activity under visible-light illumination and smooth surface.
