La^(3+)/Br^-对TiO_2可见光光催化活性的影响 被引量:1

Effect of the Visible Light Photocatalytic Activity of La^(3+)/Br^- Co-doping Nano-TiO_2

摘要 采用醇盐水解法制备了La3+/Br-改性的TiO2光催化剂,分别就La3+/Br-添加量以及焙烧温度对改性TiO2粉体的晶相、比表面积等对其可见光光催化活性的影响进行了研究。结果表明,La3+/Br-添加量比为0.5时,改性TiO2粉体经550℃焙烧2 h后,在波长为420 nm,照度为12μW/mm2的可见光下照射12 h后,对甲基橙的降解率可达83.58%,呈现出较好的可见光光催化活性。 The La^3+/Br Co-doping nano-TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by alkoxide hydrolysis. The influence of the addition of La^3+/Br and calcination temperature on the crystal phase composition, specific surface area and visible light photocatalytic activity of the modifieated TiO2 powder were investigated. The results show that the TiO2 powder doped with La^3+/ Br having the addition ratio of 0.5 and calcined at 550 ℃ for 2h ,respectively, the visible light wavelength was above 420nm for 12 h and the illumination intensity was 12 μW/mm^2 , the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange was 83.58% , which indicated that photocatalytic of such nanometer TiO2 powder was more active.
