摘要
大跨度混凝土连续刚构桥,通常采用悬臂浇筑法施工,其基准节段0号块是施工的关键环节,为便于托架施工,常将0号、1号块一起浇筑,托架高空施工控制难度,安全风险较高.结合彭溪河多线特大桥0号块施工,重点讨论0号分层施工时,第一层施工对临时支撑体系的影响,第二层施工时对第一层及支撑体系的影响,为大体量0号分层浇筑时临时支撑体系设计提供理论及现场实测依据.
Long span concrete continuous rigid frame bridge is usually constructed by cantilever pouring method,and its benchmark segment 0 block is the key link of construction.In order to facilitate bracket construction,Block 0 and 1 are often poured together,which is difficult to control the bracket construction at high altitude and has high safety risk.Combined with the construction of 0 block of Pengxi River multi line super large bridge,this paper mainly discusses the influence of the construction of the first layer on the temporary support system,and the influence of the construction of the second layer on the first layer and the support system,so as to provide theoretical and field measurement basis for the design of the temporary support system during the construction of large volume 0 layer.
