p16和nm23-H1在胃癌中的表达及其临床应用

摘要 目的 探讨p16和nm2 3 H1在胃癌中的表达规律及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学LSAB方法 ,对 65例胃癌中p16和nm2 3 H1蛋白的表达进行了观察。结果 p16的表达与胃癌的分化程度和预后呈正相关 ,与浸润、淋巴结转移呈负相关。nm2 3 H1的表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移呈负相关 ,与预后呈正相关。结论 p16和nm2 3 H1参与了胃癌的发展过程 ,并与胃癌的部分生物学行为有关 ,可能成为胃癌诊断和判断预后的重要的分析生物学检测指标。 subject To study the expression of p16 and nm23-H1 in gastric cancer and its clinical application. Method p16 and nm23-H1 protein were observed in 65 gastric cancer with LSAB immunohistochemical method. Result Expression of p16 was positively related to the degree of differentiation and the prognosis of patients, it was negatively related to invasion depth and lymph node metastasis. Expression of nm23-H1 was negatively related to lymph node metastasis, it was positively related to the prognosis of patients.Conclusion p16 and nm23-H1 may play some roles in the development of gastric cancer, and were related with partial biological behavior. Expression of p16 and nm23-H1 may serve as an important molecular-biological indicator of diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
