摘要
该文结合当下小城镇的发展状况,对其旧城更新中容积率的控制问题进行理性的分析和思考,并以重庆开县长沙镇山花街小区为例,阐明在容积率指标制定的过程中应同时兼顾小城镇的发展与更新地块的实际现状。
Based on the current development status of small towns, control over FAR （ floor area ratio ） of old urban area in small towns is rationally an-alyzed and discussed. Taking Shanhuajie residence in Changsha town of Kaixian, Chongqing as an example, the idea is expounded that the development and reality of land renewal should be accentuated in FAR calculation.
