摘要
中小城镇旧城改造项目居住区容积率的确定随意性大,常受开发商的利益驱动所支配,容易忽视城镇的整体利益,造成城镇总体环境失控。文章拟探讨一条由宏观到微观,由总体到局部分层控制容积率,并通过局部修正确定旧居住区容积率的途径。
The determination of plot ratio of residential district in the medium and small size city is arbitrary, usually directed by the benefit of the development business, while ignoring the overall benefit of the city, and causing the overall environment out of control. The article tries to talk about the plot ratio of hierarchical control from the aspects of macroscopic to microcosmic and from general to partial, and determine the methods of plot ratio of old residential district through partial revision.
