摘要
在中医的漫漫长河中,诞生了很多医德高尚的著名医学家,他们医术精湛、救死扶伤,深受百姓的爱戴,有些事迹直到现在还在被人们广为传诵。其中,就有一位特立独行的清代医学家——黄元御。黄元御理论独树一帜,临床上特别重视中气、脾胃,注重崇火补土、运转中气,对阴阳、相火、厥阴病等的认识比较独特。黄氏对消渴病的认识也与一般医家不同,理论比较简单,但是临床以不变应万变,疗效堪称神奇。黄元御的消渴理论虽然比较简单,但是外延比较丰富,临床需要严格的辨证才能收到意想不到的疗效。本文主要论述黄氏治疗消渴病的理论方法。
In the long histor of Chinese medicine, there were many famous physicians with noble medical ethics. They had medical skills and were deeply loved. Some deeds of them are still widely read by people until now. Among them, there is a maver- ick physician named HUANG Yuanyu in Qing Dynasty. HUANG Yuanyu＇s theory is unique, clinically paying special attention to the middle qi and spleen - stomach, focusing on worship of fire and earth, and focusing on operating the middle qi. His awareness- es of the yin and yang,fire and Jueyin disease are rather unique. The awareness of diabetes is also different to the general physi- cians. The theory is relatively simple, but maintaining the status quo clinically. The efficacy called magic. HUANG Yuanyu~ diabe- tes theory is relatively simple,but has rich extension. It needs strict clinical diagnosis in order to receive an unexpected effect. This paper discusses the theory of HUANG on treating diabetes.
