摘要
建立健全农业社会化服务体系是自实行“联产承包制”以来深化农村改革 ,促进农村生产力发展的重要举措之一。本文拟通过阐述建立健全农业社会化服务体系的重要性及其意义 ,进一步提出建立健全农业社会化服务体系的粗浅的设想。
Since the practise of the Output related System of Contracted Responsibilities,the establishment of the perfect agricultural social service system has been one of the most important measures to deepen the rural reform and advance the development of the rural productivity. We put forward in this article a tentative idea of establishing a perfect agricultural social service system.
