摘要
以四川省、湖南省、河南省、山东省4省问卷调查为基础,从市场风险、管理风险、环境风险和要素风险4个方面构建大田生产服务提供风险评价指标体系,采用模糊综合评价法,对样本区大田生产服务提供风险进行评价.结果显示:南方的四川省、湖南省风险指数分别为3.227和3.197,提供主体面临着较高风险;北方的河南省、山东省风险指数分别为2.895和2.789,提供主体面临的风险水平也相对较低.在4种风险类型中,大田生产服务提供面临的最主要风险是要素风险,其次是环境风险和市场风险,影响最小的是管理风险.最后,从微观和宏观两个层面提出大田生产服务提供风险化解的对策.
Based on questionnaire surveys carried out in farmer households of Sichuan, Hunan, Henan and Shandong provinces, an indicator system for risk assessment of service supply for field crop production was established from the aspects of market risk, management risk, environment risk and factor risk. The risk of service supply for field crop production in the sample areas was assessed with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results showed that the risk index of Sichuan and Hunan, which are situated in the southern part of China, were 3. 227 and 3. 197, respectively, and that of Henan and Shandong, which are in North China, were 2. 895 and 2. 789, respectively, suggesting that service suppliers faced higher risk in the South than in the North of the country. Of the four risks mentioned above, factor risk was the principal, followed in order by environment risk and market risk and the management risk. Based on the results of this research, some macro and micro strategies are put forward in thins paper to mitigate the risks of service supply for field crop production.
