颜乾麟以“益气养阴、化痰逐瘀”法治疗冠状动脉狭窄验案1则 被引量:1

摘要 冠状动脉狭窄是冠心病病理发展过程中的常见重要环节。其病变机制为冠状动脉内皮受损后,氧化低密度脂蛋白胆固醇进入血管壁,巨噬细胞将之吞噬变成泡沫细胞后坏死成为粥样物质,后者不断堆积形成粥样斑块,导致冠状动脉狭窄;不稳定斑块一旦破裂,会诱发血小板聚集,形成血栓,最终导致心肌梗死等严重后果^[1]。现代医学应用冠脉介入疗法可使狭窄管腔得以扩张,但无法阻止动脉粥样硬化的进程,也无法使斑块稳定。颜乾麟教授临床运用中医药治疗冠状动脉狭窄,取得良好疗效,现总结验案1则报告如下。
