摘要
心主血脉是心脏与血液正常生理功能的全面概括。心气充沛、血液充盈和脉道通利是血液正常运行的基本条件。任一环节的异常都会导致血流不畅,乃致血栓形成,而血栓前状态是血栓形成和急性血栓事件发生的前提。由于血栓前状态的诊断方法特异性差、缺乏预测性,西医治疗方法单一且存在出血风险,故血栓应以防为主,防重于治。现代研究发现,益气和活血中药配伍具有提高心肌收缩力、抑制血小板过度活化、调节凝血及纤溶系统功能紊乱、改善血管内皮功能的作用,广泛应用于心脑血管事件的防治。基于心主血脉理论,对血栓形成的中医认识进行深入探索,为血栓前状态的中医药防治提供一定理论依据。
Heart Dominating Blood Circulation and Vessels is a comprehensive summary of normal physical functions of heart and blood.Abundant heart-qi,sufficiency blood and fluency veins are the fundamental conditions of normal blood circulation.Abnormal link will lead to poor blood flow and even thrombosis.Prethrombotic state is the premise of thrombosis and acute thrombosis events.Due to lack of specificity of prethrombotic state diagnosis and predictability,simple western medicine treatment and bleeding risk,thrombus should be prevented primarily and prevention is first.Modern researches found that Chinese drugs for tonifying qi and invogorating the circulation of blood could raise myocardial contraction force,improve endothelial function,inhibit excessive platelet activation,regulate disorder of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis system,which were widely used in preventing from cardio-cerebrovascular events.Based on the theory of Heart Dominating Blood Circulation and Vessels,understanding of thrombosis in Chinese medicine should be explored in order to provide centain theoretical basis of prethrombotic state.
