摘要
目的观察中医一体化结合西医常规疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭合并急性肾损伤的临床疗效。方法采用随机、平行、对照的方法,将84例患者分为治疗组44例和对照组40例。两组均予基础治疗及控制诱因,对照组同时加服包醛氧淀粉,治疗组加用中药汤剂、中药灌肠、肾康注射液静脉滴注及肾病治疗仪刺激肾区特定腧穴。两组疗程均为14天,观察肾功能疗效及BUN、Scr、尿NAG变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为86.4%、65.0%;组间肾功能疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后组内比较,治疗组BUN、Scr、尿NAG差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组BUN、Scr差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西医基础治疗联合中医一体化治疗方案的中西结合、内外兼治的综合疗法,能改善慢性肾衰竭合并急性肾损伤患者的肾功能,保护残存肾单位。
Objective To observe the clinical et＇ficacy of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western routine medicine for the treatment of chronic renal failure complicated with acute kidney injury. Methods Eighty-fimr cases were divided into treatment group and control group by randomized parallel-controlled methnd, with 44 eases in treatment group and 40 cases in control group. All the cases in both of the groups were treated by basic therapy and inducement controlling therapy. Additionally, the cases in control group were treated with Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch and the cases in treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine, ＂Shenkang Injection＂ and therapeutic apparatus for kidney diseases on specific aeupnints, with the course of 14 days. The clinieal effects on kidney function and changes of BUN, Set and urine NAG were observed. Results The total effective rate was 86.4% in the treatment group and 65.0% in the control group; with a significant difference in kidney function between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. In treatment group, significant differences were found in BUN, Scr and urine NAG between before and after treatment （P 〈0.05） , and in control group, significant differences were fnund in BUN and Ser between before and after treatment （P 〈0.05） ; after treatment, there were significant differences in all indieators between treatment group and control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western routine medicine is a comprehensive therapeutic method. It cmnbines Chinese medicine and western medicine which can treat exterior and interior syndromes simultanenusly. This combining therapy can improve the kidney function and protect the residual nephron. Its curative effect is better than western medicine therapy.
