慢性肾脏病基础上的急性肾衰竭201例患者的临床流行病学研究 被引量：10

摘要 急性肾衰竭（ARF）一直是临床医生亟待解决的难题，在住院期间发生ARF的患者不仅其预后不佳，且治疗费用高昂。本研究通过回顾性分析广西医科大学第一附属医院住院患者慢性肾脏病基础上的ARF（A／C）的病因、临床特征及其转归，以进一步提高A／C的临床诊治水平。
