摘要
目前高校图书馆的服务不能满足高校教学和科研的需求，所以，首先要改变旧的服务模式，使工作重点从文献资源的载体形式及工作流程上转向读者及读者所需文献资源的内容上。其次，要解决图书馆人才短缺及流失问题，并在二者的基础上，把高水平的服务项目具体化。
At present, the library service in the institution of higher learning fails to meet the need of the teaching and research work. To change this situation,the old model of service must be done away with,and the emphasis of the work should be focused on the readers' need. Besides,the libraries must be reinforced with more qualified workers and the items of good service must be etitomized.
