摘要
目的观察、总结再生医疗技术治疗老年坏疽性带状疱疹创面的临床疗效。方法采用再生医疗技术治疗48例老年坏疽性带状疱疹患者创面,观察创面愈合时间,止痛效果,感染控制,瘢痕形成及预后后遗神经痛情况。结果所有患者创面在外涂湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)后5 min^10 min疼痛即开始逐渐减轻,其中43例患者在治疗2 d^5 d后疼痛基本消失,5例患者在治疗过程中只有轻微疼痛;所有患者创面愈合后均无后遗神经痛;治疗2 d^4 d后局部感染均得到有效控制;深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间为9 d^12 d,度创面愈合时间为17 d^26 d;仅有2例Ⅲ度创面愈合后遗留轻度瘢痕,无功能障碍。结论再生医疗技术治疗老年坏疽性带状疱疹,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe and summarize the clinical effects of Regenerative Medical Technology in the treatment of ehlerly gangrenous herpes zoster. Methods Forty-eight senior patients with gangrenous herpes zosler were treated with Regenerative Medical Technology, during which the wound healing time, analgesic effect, infection cnntrol, sear formation and prognostic post-herpetic neuralgia were observed. Results The pain of all patients began to relieve gradually 5 - 10 rains after lhe application of MEBO ointment, of which, the pain of 43 patients disappeared hasically 2 -5 days after the treatment and that of 5 patients was only mild during the treatment. No post-herpetic neuralgia happened in any pa- tient after wound healing. Two to four days after the treatment local infection was well controlled. The healing time nf deep second-degree wot,nds was 9 - 12 days while that of third-degree wounds was 17 - 26 days. Only 2 palients with third-degree wounds developed mild sear hut no dysfunction after wound healing. Conclusion Regenerative Medical Technology in the treatment of chiefly gangrenous herpes zoster can achieve significant therapeutic effect, deserving to he promoted and applied in clinic.
