摘要
目的观察自拟中药汤剂与湿润烧伤膏联合治疗湿热型带状疱疹的临床效果。方法 将60例湿热型带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例)。治疗组给予口服自拟中药汤剂与外用湿润烧伤膏联合治疗;对照组给予口服自拟中药汤剂与外用阿昔洛韦乳膏联合治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为53.34%,两组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论口服自拟中药汤剂与外用湿润烧伤膏联合治疗湿热型带状疱疹疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of self-made TCM decoction in combination with MEBO ointment in the treatment of herpes zoster of damp-heat type. Methods Sixty patients with herpes zoster of dampheat type were randomly divided into a treatment group （30 patients） and a control group （30 patients）. The treatment group was given self-made TCM decoction for oral administration and MEBO ointment for external application, while the eontrol group was given self-made TCM decoction for oral administration combined with external application of Acielovir Cream, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rates in the treatment group and in the control group were 93.33% and 53.34% respectively; The difference between the two groups was significant statistically, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Self-made TCM decoction in combination with topical use of MEBO ointment in the treatment of herpes zoster of damp-heat type can get good therapeutic effect and should be promoted to be applied in clinic.
