摘要
目的:观察三金片治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将150例患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予三金片+左氧氟沙星胶囊,对照组单用左氧氟沙星胶囊,均治疗4周。结果:治疗组NIH-CPSI从治疗前的18.22±7.23降至5.23±3.12,有效率为83.33%;对照组NIH-CPSI从治疗前的18.34±5.15降至11.26±5.32,有效率为68.33%。两组间疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:三金片可有效治疗慢性前列腺炎。
OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanjin tablets in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.METHODS： A total of 150 patients were randomly assigned to receive Sanjin tablets（treatment group） or Sanjin tablets plus levofloxacin capsules（control group） for 4 weeks.RESULTS： In the treatment group,NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index（NIH-CPSI） decreased from 18.22±7.23 before treatment to 5.23±3.12 after treatment,and the effective rate in this group was 83.33%;in the control group,NIH-CPSI decreased...from 18.34± 5.15 before treatment to 11.26 ± 5.32, andthe effective rate in this group was 68.33 % . There was significant difference between the two groups in curative effect （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Sanjin tablet is effective in the treatment of chronic protatitis.
