摘要
目的 :建立分光光度法测定刺五加片中总黄酮含量。方法 :以芦丁为对照品、硝酸铝 -亚硝酸钠为显色剂 ,于 5 0 0 nm波长处测定吸收度 ;测定了 3个产家 5个批号的刺五加片中总黄酮含量。结果 :在 0 .0 0 2～ 0 .0 2 4m g/ml范围线性关系良好 (r=0 .992 5 ,n=7) ,加样回收率 99.6 % (RSD=1.86 % ) ;同一产家不同批号及不同产家之间刺五加片中总黄酮含量有明显差异。结论 :本法准确可靠 ,可为控制刺五加片质量提供检测依据。
Objective: UV spectrophotometry method was developed for the flavonoids in Tabellae Acanthopanacis Senticosi. Methods: Rutin was used as comparison, aluminium nitrate sodium aluminium nitrate was used as color developing agent, at the wavelength of 500 nm. Results: The linear curves was fine between the concentration range 0.002～0.024 mg/ml ( r =0.992 5, n =7). The average rate of recovery was 99.6% (RSD=1.86%). Conclusion: This method is accurate.
