摘要
对镁合金摩托车轮毂的真空压铸工艺进行了研究。结果表明,高压铸造采用真空辅助,可以减少甚至消除合金熔体高速喷射充型时模具型腔内气体来不及排出形成的氧化夹杂、气孔等普通压铸的缺陷,提高了铸件的工艺品质,并可通过热处理提升铸件本体的力学性能。镁合金轮毂采用底部浇注中心抽真空的充型方式,可以避开中心浇注顶部抽真空效率低下的缺点;相比中心浇注顶部抽真空中心单向补压的方式,轮缘和轮心双向补压可获得更佳的力学性能,避免了中心浇注顶部抽真空中轮辐和轮心的加厚,减少了材料的浪费。
Vacuum die casting for magnesium alloy motorcycle wheel was analyzed.The results indicate that high pressure die casting with vacuum can decrease or eliminate oxidized inclusion and gas hole occurred in conventional die casting wheel,greatly improving quality of the wheel,meanwhile,the mechanical properties of the vacuum die casting wheel can be improved by heat treatment.Bottom-pouring with vacuum-drawing at the heart for magnesium alloy wheel can eliminate the shortcoming of heartpouring with vacuum drawing at the top.In addition,compared with single feeding-pressure in heartpouring with vacuum-drawing at the top,double feeding-pressure for wheel edge and wheel heart can greatly improve the mechanical properties of the wheel,decreasing the materials cost due to the thickness-increment for wheel spoke and wheel heat in heart-pouring with vacuum-drawing at the top.
