摘要
真空系统是压铸过程中排除气体的最有效的方法之一。然而，真空压铸的发展几经起伏，现在则发展到一个新的阶段。从模具中抽出气体是几种抽气方法中较为简便的一种。
Vacuum system is one of the most signifcant method to remove the air of die cavity in pressure die casting process.However,the development o vacuum die casting has undergone serveral rise and fall,but it is entering a new stage at present time.There is a more handy way among evacuated methods that the evacuation of air/gas from the die>The design and calculation of vacuum venting differences to conventional venting in the die.
