摘要
目的 :优选出昆布中水溶性有效成分最佳提取工艺。方法 :采用正交设计 L8(2 7) ,以昆布中甘露醇和碘的含量及浸膏得率为工艺考察指标 ,并对其进行了转移率试验 ,验证了最佳工艺合理性。结果 :昆布水溶性有效成分的最佳提取工艺为A2 B2 C1 D2 ,即 2 0目粒度的药材 ,加 40倍量的水 ,加热回流提取 30 min ,只提取 1次的工艺最佳。甘露醇和碘的转移率分别为96 .33%和 97.14 %。结论 :昆布水溶性有效成分提取工艺中药材粒度和提取次数是主要因素 ,优选出的最佳提取工艺是合理的。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of water soluble constituents of Laminaria japonica Aresch.. Methods: Use orthogonal design L 8(2 7) to screen out the best extraction condition. Assay the contents of mannitol and idoine which are the principal activity constituents in Laminaria japonica Aresch.. and the yield of water extracts. It carried out the transference rate test of the constituents, and proved the rationality of the optimum seeked extraction technology. Results: The best extraction technology of water activity constituents of Laminaria japonica Aresch. is A 2B 2C 1D 2, that is heating the twenty mesh's crude drugs only once for half hour with forty times water. The transference rates of mannitol and idoine are 96.33% and 97.14% respectively. Conclusion:The particle size of crude drugs and the number of extraction time are the main factors in the extraction technology of water activity constituents of Laminaria japonica Aresch. The optimum seeked extraction technology is reasonable.
