摘要
目的 :研究侧柏叶挥发油的主要化学成分。方法 :采用 GC-MS法对侧柏叶药材及鲜品挥发油进行分析。结果 :发现侧柏叶药材与鲜品主要成分基本相同 ,但与文献报道 (以 α-侧柏酮或以 β, -欧侧柏酚为主 )有较大差异。结论 :侧柏叶药材挥发油以柏木脑 (约 30 % )为主要成分 ,并含有α-蒎烯 (5 % )、3-蒈烯 (3% )、乙酸松油酯 (4% )、异石竹烯 (4% )、α-石竹烯 (2 % )、萜醇类(5 %～ 6 % )等化学成分。
Objective: To understand the chemical constituents of volatile oil from the Leafg twigs of Chinese arborvitae. Methods: The components were separated and identified by GC MS and elucidated on the standard mass spectral data. The relative contents in percentage were calculated with Area Normalization Method. Results: The volatile constituents of the Leafg twigs of Chinese arborvitae are basically the same as the fresh, but are different from the report (the main constituents includes α thujone, β、γ thujaplicin etc.). Conclusion: The main volatile constituents in Leafg twigs of Chinese arborvitae includes cedrol (30%), α pinene (5%), 3 carene (3%), terpinyl acetate (4%), isocaryophyllene (4%), caryophyllene (2%), etc.
