烧伤后血小板流变行为及其调节研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 烧伤引起局部创面及远隔组织微循环障碍,导致机体组织和器官缺血、缺氧,从而影响烧伤病情发展变化及预后”。血小板是血液的重要组成部分,其流变行为异常既影响徽循环血液流动又影响微血管结构和功能。因而,血小板流变行为异常在烧伤微循环障碍发生和发展过程中起重要作用。研究烧伤后血小板流变行为变化及其调节,对于分析判断烧伤患者的病情变化及指导临床治疗有重要意义,本文从烧伤后血小板形态结构及黏附、聚集、收缩功能与释放反应等变化及其调节进行综述。 Microcirculatory dysfunction of local wounds anti distant tissues after burns results in ischemia and hypoxia of tissues and organs, thus affecting the course and prognosis of burns. Platelet is avl important component of blood, and the changes in its rheological behavior influence the blood flow in tile microcireulation, as well as the microvaseular structure and function. The abnormality of platelet theological behavior plays an important l'ole in the occurrence and development of microcir- culatory dysfunction after burn. Changes in theological behavior of platelets are due to changes in platelet morphology, adhesion, aggregation, shrinkage functions, and release reaction. Investi- gation of platelet rheological behavior and its regulation after l)urn may be of significant bnplication in the analysis of patient's (.undition and instruction for tn'eatment. This article reviews the changes in platelet rheological behavior and its regulation after burn in the aspects of morphology, adhesion, aggregation, shrinkage functions, and release reaction.
