摘要
在以科技决定经济发展、争夺知识控制权作为重要发展战略的今天,专利制度、知识产权保护已成了企业可持续发展的重要内容。本文试图从浙江省专利相关数据和对中小企业的调查情况入手,审视浙江省企业的专利创造、运用和保护情况,分析企业在运用专利制度中的共性问题,探讨政府在推动企业运用专利制度上的着力点。
Today when science and technology decide economic development and contention for knowledge control power becomes important strategy for development, the patent system and protection of intellectual property rights have become integral contents of sustainable development of enterprise. This paper tries to, starting with the statistics of patent in Zhejiang province and the investigation in patent work in small and middle enterprises, suvery the situtation of patent creation, use and protection in small and middle enterprises of Zhejiang province, analyse the common problems in enforcing patent system and discuss the behaviour of government in urging enterprises to enforce patent system.
