摘要
读者决策采购(PDA)是近几年在美国高校图书馆兴起的新的资源建设模式,因其相对传统采购模式凸显的一系列优势而广受欢迎,并向其他发达国家和地区高校图书馆蔓延。国内学界对它的关注始于2011年。虽然,我国尚未进行PDA的实践,但研究成果已日趋丰富。由于国内已有成果研究范围的局限,文章期待从不同视角将PDA的概况做简要介绍,厘清它在美国高校图书馆的发展理论和意义,重点分析了PDA对大学教育目标和图书馆馆藏建设与服务的影响。
Patron-Driven Acquisition （PDA） is a new resources construction mode adopted widely at academic libraries in the United States. It has become popular because of its so many advantages compared with the traditional acquisition modes and has spread to other developed countries. In Chi na, PDA hasn＇t been concerned until 2011. At academic libraries in China, PDA hasn＇t stepped into practice, but the abundant researches on PDA have been gained. From different perspectives, this paper attempts to introduce PDA：s definition and process, clarify its evolution and meaning, and focus on PDA＇s influence on university＇s education goal and academic libraries＇ collection development and services.
