摘要
目的：分析血脂及脂蛋白水平与 ＴＩＡ发病的相关性。方法：测定 ８０例 ＴＩＡ患者的血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ）和低密度脂蛋白（ＬＤＬ），并与对照组比较。结果：ＴＩＡ组ＴＧ明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＬＤＬ明显高于对照组（ Ｐ ＜０．０１），而 ＨＤＬ显著低于对照组（ Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：高甘油三酯血症、低 ＨＤＬ血症与 ＴＩＡ发病有相关性。
Objective: It is to analyse the relation of blood lipid, lipoprotein and transient ischemic attack. Methods: The concentrations of Serum TC, TG, HDL and LDL were detected in 80 patients with TIA and were compared with 80 healthy controls. Results: The levels of TG were significantly higher than those of the controls(P CO. 05), and the levels of LDL were significantly higher than those of the controls too (P <0. 01 ), while the levels of HDL were remarkble lower than those of the controls (P <0.01). Conclusion: Hypertrigiglyceridemia and hypoalphalipoproteinemia had significant correlation with the patho- genesis of TIA.
