摘要
目的 对PTC、B超在胆石症诊断中的价值进行比较。方法 对 84例做PTC及B超两项检查的胆石症病人 ,按结石不同部位将检查结果与术后结果进行对照。结果 PTC在胆管结石诊断中准确性较B超为高 ,而B超在胆囊结石诊断准确性方面较PTC为高。在多部位结石诊断方面 ,两者差别不大。结论 PTC与B超在胆石症诊断上各有所长 ,联合应用 。
Purpose Compare the value of PTC and ultrasonograms in cholelithas's diagnosis. Methods Compare the examination results with the operation results according to the different parts of stones discovered in 84 patients examined by both PTC and ultrasonograms. Results The accuracy of PTC in bile duct stones is higher than the ultrasonograms.But ultrasonograms is higher than PTC in gallstones and it is little difference between them in mutiple parts stones. Conclusion Both PTC and ultrasonograms has its own advantage.Using the two methods together will greatly enhance the diagnosis accuracy.
