摘要
目的探讨老年人胆石症手术治疗方法及经验。方法回顾性分析我院2002年至2005年收治的164例老年人胆石症(包括急诊)的临床表现、手术方式和疗效。其中胆总管切开取“石T”管引流90例,胆总管切开取石胆肠Roux-en-Y吻合3例,单纯胆囊切除71例。结果痊愈160例,占97.5%;死亡4例,占2.5%。术后并发肺部感染25例,切口感染10例。结论老年人胆石症病理复杂,并存疾病和并发症多,应重视围手术期处理,术式选择应简单有效。
Objective To study the experience and operations methods to treat old gallstone patients,Methods Analyzed retrospectively the clinical manifestations,operation methods and curative effect of 420 eases of the senior citizens gallstine in our hospital from 2001 to 2005.There were altogether 164 eases.In the operation of cutting the duetus eommunis to get the gallstone out,T-tube was used to drain in 90 eases, gallbladder and bowels Roux-en-y anastomose in 3 eases： only the gallbladder cut in 70 cases. Results There were 160 patients being cured （97.5%）. 4 patients died （ 2.5%）. 25 cases catched pulmonary infection, 10 patients suffered the wound infection. Conclusion The gallstone pathology of the senior citizens are complicated. Meanwhile, the gallstone has many concurrent diseases and complications. Therefore, simpler and more effective operating methods should be taken as well as much attention should be paid during the operation period.
