返红温度对铌微合金高强度耐腐蚀船板钢组织与性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of self-tempering temperature on microstructure and properties of high strength and corrosion resistant ship plate steel with Nb-microalloyed

摘要 以连铸生产的铌微合金高强度耐腐蚀船板钢铸坯为原料,以热轧TMCP工艺为基础,通过扫描电镜观察和力学性能检测,分析了热轧终了钢板的返红温度对热轧板组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在一定的返红温度范围内,返红温度越低,试验钢晶粒越细,组织类型为准多边形铁素体和少量珠光体,屈服强度和抗拉强度升高。返红温度过低,冷速过大,试验钢板宽度方向的温度梯度大,不同部位的过冷程度差异大,易出现混晶组织,塑性降低。 Taking the high strength and corrosion resistant ship plate steel casting blank as raw material, and based on TMCP technology, the effect of self-tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of Nb-microalloyed ship plate steel was analyzed by mean of SEM microstructure observation and mechanical property test. The results show that under a certain self-tempering temperature range, the lower the self-tempering temperature is, the finer the grain size of the tested steel is. The microstructure is composed of polygonal ferrite and a small amount of pearlite, and the yield and tensile strength of the ship plate steel is enhanced. When the self-tempering temperature is too lower, the high cooling rate will bring about a large temperature gradient in the width direction and a great difference of under-cooling in different position which promote the formation of mixed grain microstructure and result in lower plasticity of the steel plate.
